However, there often is a lot of confusion about how to read these laws and what a NCS truly is and is not. Secondarily, many offices and teams have a hard time getting patients to agree to non-covered services because of how they communicate to patients. This course will both clarify what non-covered services are, as well as how to talk to patients about them and get acceptance for treatment.
